Ronald W. Kemp, Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ronald W. Kemp has over 40 years of healthcare administration experience, specifically as program director for community health centers. Mr. Kemp’s education training includes a Master’s Degree in Business, as well as a Masters in Social Work (MSW). Mr. Kemp is responsible for overseeing operations of the health center and maintains compliance with grant deliverables; responsible for the supervision and administration of all staff and functions, as well as managing personnel systems monitoring activities to achieve the goals as outlined in the health and business plan submitted with grant applications. Mr. Kemp anticipates, identifies and resolves problems, allocates resources, interacts with the community, providers and partners; and responds to opportunities and planning of future growth. Mr. Kemp joined CHC/SEIA in September 2002. Before joining CHC/SEIA, Mr. Kemp served as a consultant to the Iowa Primary Care Association to develop the network in southeastern Iowa.
Diane Rouse, Chief Financial Officer
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Diane Rouse received her Bachelor’s of Art (BA) Degree in Accounting from the University Of Northern Iowa in May 1991 and passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam in May 1991. Ms. Rouse has 24 years of accounting experience and has worked in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Ms. Rouse is responsible for the financial operations of the organization including; grant reporting, charge master, development and monitoring of budgets, and ensuring that financial policies are current and being followed. Ms. Rouse joined CHC/SEIA in May 2006 and has ten-plus years of healthcare financial experience.
|Vandhana Kiswani-Barley, MD, CMO
Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Dr. Kiswani-Barley is a graduate of the St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine, Cayman Islands, W.I.; completed postdoctoral fellow at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine; and residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Kiswani-Barley is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Kiswani-Barley joined CHC/SEIA in 2015 as staff physician and accepted the additional role as CMO in May 2016.
Lucas Lemburg, DDS, CDO
Chief Dental Officer (CDO)
Dr. Lemburg is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and is board certified in general dentistry. Dr. Lemburg joined CHC/SEIA in 2008 as staff dentist and accepted the additional role as CDO in 2013.
