WEST BURLINGTON CLINIC

Physician - Family Practice - Full Time
Minimum Requirements MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Full Time
Address the mental health needs of behavioral health clients including psychiatric evaluation of clients, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, as well as care management within integrated model with close coordination with other behavioral health and primary medical providers; assessing and assisting with staff training needs. Graduate of accredited master’s level Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in psychiatry with Iowa license as Nurse Practitioner.

Behavioral Health Therapist - Full Time
Provides a range of psychosocial assessment, supporting the other behavioral health professional team members (e.g. Psychiatrist; Clinical Psychologist; Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Behavioral Health Nurse), therapy/counseling services for individuals, couples, groups and/or families based upon referrals from other behavioral health or primary care providers. Graduation from accredited master’s social work, counseling, marriage/family therapy and/or behavioral health education program. Licensed as behavioral health professional to practice as LISW in Iowa (LISW; LMSW; LMFT or LMHC). Three years of practice experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Dental Assistant, Registered – Full Time                                                                                                                    Registered Dental Assistant to perform para-professional dental work including: dental assisting, instrument sterilization, clerical support functions as needed. Iowa RDA required with verifiable attendance at 4-hour state board-approved radiation seminar with certificate to operate dental X-ray equipment, or student status.

Health Home Specialist – Full Time
Position responsible specifically for ensuring that reporting and proper coding requirements of the Managed Care Organization (MCO) Chronic Condition Health Home (CCHH) Program requirements are effectively and timely completed. Analyzes health records and corresponding charges and diagnosis, including claim denials. Reports specifically requested data on monthly basis to RN Patient Care Managers; Director of Quality and Billing Manager. Assist RN Patient Care Manager in Health Home patient roster management. Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist for Physicians (CCS/P), or Registered Health Information Tech (RHIT) preferred. Minimum of two years medical billing experience or similar experience. Demonstrated knowledge of medical health insurance terminology. Demonstrated knowledge of medical health insurance billing regulations.

 

LOUISA COUNTY CLINIC

Clinical Support (CMA or LPN) – Full Time
Certified Medical Assistant or LPN to provide support services to various providers within clinic setting. Graduate of approved Medical Assistant or LPN training program. Must be certified by a national association (e.g. AAMA, NHA, NCCT) as a Certified Medical Assistant or by the State of Iowa as a Licensed Practical Nurse. If not currently licensed or certified, must obtain within six (6) months of hire. Two (2) years of medical experience or similar experience preferred.

Patient Services Representative (PSR) / Interpreter – Full Time
Front desk receptionist/scheduler to perform duties of: patient scheduling, phones, greet patients, registration, check-in, check-out. Must be fluent in Chin/Burmese or Spanish to provide patient interpretive services. High School diploma or GED required; previous medical office experience preferred or equivalent combination of education & experience. Verifiable interpreter & translating skills required. 

 

KEOKUK MEDICAL CLINIC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Full Time
Address the mental health needs of behavioral health clients including psychiatric evaluation of clients, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, as well as care management within integrated model with close coordination with other behavioral health and primary medical providers; assessing and assisting with staff training needs. Graduate of accredited master’s level Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in psychiatry with Iowa license as Nurse Practitioner.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Full Time
Obtains medical histories and performs complete and appropriate examination, orders laboratory tests, x-rays and treatment programs under the supervision of a staff physician in an assigned area for patients of all ages. The midlevel medical provider will be credentialed by the CHC/SEIA Board of Directors based upon the CMO’s recommendation and the scope of services. Graduate of an accredited/approved Nurse Practitioner program with licensure in the State of Iowa as a Nurse Practitioner.

LPN Support Nurse - Full Time
Assist clinical nursing staff with patient flow to minimize patient wait and maximize the efficiency of each patient visit. This can include but is not limited:  assist with rooming patients, complete scheduled lab tests and/or injections ordered during the office visit, take phone calls, return patient and/or other agency phone calls, assist providers with procedures. 
Graduate from an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) training program with active licensure in the State of Iowa from the Iowa Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing.  Minimum of two years’ experience performing responsibly in a health care setting.

Clinical Support (CMA or LPN) – Full Time
