CHC/SEIA is a private, non-profit community health center providing quality and affordable healthcare services to underserved communities in southeastern Iowa and west central Illinois. The staff is led by CEO Ronald W. Kemp.
Ronald W. Kemp - Chief Executive Officer
Ronald W. Kemp’s has 35 years of healthcare administrative experience, specifically as program director for community health centers. Mr. Kemp’s education training includes a Master’s degree in Business, as well as a Masters in Social Work (MSW). Mr. Kemp is responsible for overseeing operations of the health center and maintains compliance with grant deliverables; responsible for the supervision and administration of all staff and functions, as well as managing personnel systems monitoring activities to achieve the goals as outlined in the health and business plan submitted with grant applications. Mr. Kemp anticipates, identifies and resolves problems, allocates resources, interacts with the community, providers and partners; and responds to opportunities and planning of future growth. Mr. Kemp joined CHC/SEIA in September 2002. Before joining CHC/SEIA, Mr. Kemp served as a consultant to the Iowa Primary Care Association to develop the network in southeastern Iowa.
